    상품설명

      뉴질랜드산 초록입홍합(Perna canaliculus)에서 추출한 제품 입니다. 
      리프리놀은 새로이 특허를 받은 안정화된 천연 해양성 지질 추출물 입니다.

    추출과정 및 방법 :

      홍합의 채취 작업은 이른 아침에 시작해서 오후 중반까지 계속된다.
      채취한 홍합들은 1톤씩 자루에 넣어 공장으로 보낸 후 거기서 4。C 상태로 보관한다. 

      홍합들이 공장에 도착하면 즉각 처리에 들어가 24시간 내에 처리를 완료한다.
      홍합이 최선의 상태에 있을 때 처리하기 위함이다.

      홍합조갯살은 비-극성 지방질들을 온전히 보호하는 특허받은 과정에 의해
      안정화된 후, 동결 건조 과정을 위해 특별히 고안된 특수 스테인레스 철쟁반에서
      동결되게 된다.

      lyophilising라고도 알려진 동결건조란 열을 가하지 않고 진공상태에서 제품의 수분을
      제거하는 과정이다.

      동결 건조기에서 꺼낸 건조된 조갯살은 얇은 비스킷 모양이며, 수분이 2% 미만이다.
      이 비스킷 모양의 조갯살은 즉각 습도가 통제되는 방으로 옮겨진다.
      거기서 먼저 작은 부분들로 쪼개진 후 특별히 고안된 제분기를 이용해 갈아서 가루로 만든다.

      빻아진 가루는 열로 봉한 알루미늄 봉지에 넣어 싼다.
      그런 후 특수한 과정을 통해 질소 가스를 봉지 안에 주입시킨다.

      이렇게 하면 잔존해있는 산소가 완전히 제거된다.
      그렇게 해서 마지막 처리를 위해 독일에 있는 공장으로 홍합가루를 옮겨갈 동안 이상적인
      환경이 조성된다.
      독일의 공장에서 마침내 지질들을 추출하게 된다.
